These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bmwbet with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements whether oral or written. Where any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific document shall take precedence in relation to that game or promotion only; in all other respects these Terms & Conditions shall govern.
2.1 Age Requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on bmwbet. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed, with any pending withdrawals voided.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bmwbet does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any conversion fees charged by your payment provider are outside bmwbet's control and are your sole responsibility.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. 10.1 Platform Availability. bmwbet does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency technical work, and events outside bmwbet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bmwbet will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
10.2 No Warranty. The bmwbet platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10.3 Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmwbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bmwbet account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
